In Cortina d'Ampezzo, in the small and pretty pastry shop of Andrea Ghedina first the sense of smell then the sight are immediately conquered by the irresistible scent and the great variety of biscuits, pastries and freshly baked homemade cakes. Andrea, with the precious help of his sister Emanuela, prepares traditional desserts and invents delicious combinations between creams and fruits and fragrant or soft pastes. Since 1985 the Ghedina family has been producing fresh and savory pastries, with direct sale of pasta, krapfen or pizzas in the special space at the laboratory. On order we prepare fresh cream cakes, fresh fruit, sacher, pies, desserts for birthdays, weddings and parties. The sweet or savory artisan products are all prepared with genuine and high quality ingredients and thanks to Andrea's imagination and professionalism, they are always adaptable to any occasion. Clearly also the mignon pastry and pralines, of daily consumption, are very large and cared for. The products are processed following what are the classic recipes of the Italian tradition.
