Description

The Benedetti Farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Spello, is located in the valley overlooked by the most important medieval villages of Umbria: Assisi, Foligno, Montefalco, Bevagna and Cannara. Typical farmhouse, carefully restored into a farm of seven hectares of vineyards, arable land and vegetable garden, it offers accommodation in two apartments and four rooms. The farmhouse is easily accessible from the main communication routes. The Agriturismo Benedetti offers accommodation in four rooms called: Narcissus; Tulip; Lilac; Rose. All are equipped with bathroom with shower, satellite TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and heating. Independent entrance is on the ground floor. The Benedetti Farmhouse offers accommodation in two apartments called: 'Ciclamino' located on the ground floor and 'Margherita' located on the first floor. Both are composed of: double bedroom; living room with kitchenette; bathroom with shower; Satellite TV; safe; Independent air conditioning and heating. Activities in the company: swimming pool with whirlpool; barbecue; Picnic; Trekking; 5 mountain bikes available for guests. Off-farm activities (two km away): riding; peach; tennis.
