The Dolomiti Friulane nature park is a protected area of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It was established in 1996 as a regional natural park and stretches for 36950 hectares. Imagine a deep blue sky, bright green valleys, red mountains for sunset, hear the rushing clear streams: Behold, ye are in the Friulian Dolomites Park. No town lies however in the municipal area of the Park, which covers an area that, thanks to its high degree of wilderness, is one of the most beautiful and interesting of the entire region.
