The Smooth Lake is an artificial lake of Gallura, in Northern Sardinia, located between the municipalities of Sant'Antonio di Gallura, Luras, Arzachena and Luogosanto. Has its origin in the damming of the river Liscia and other minor streams using a gravity dam, lightened high 69 metres, completed in 1962. The reservoir provides water supply to the whole low Gallura, where, especially in the summer season, there is a strong demand for water due to the high concentration of tourism.
