The Pozzillo Lake is a lake in Central Sicily. Is the biggest artificial reservoir of Sicily. Achieved by a reinforced concrete dam on the river Salso (tributary of the Simeto) built near Regalbuto. Located in the Centre of the island, in the province of Enna, among the foothills of the Erei mountains and the Nebrodi.
