The property extends over a large area surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, along the coast of Marina di Bibbona, a seaside resort suitable for a relaxing, fun holiday surrounded by nature. Between the village and the wide sandy beach there is a frame of tombolos characterized by sand dunes and two vast pine forests embrace the coast up to Marina di Cecina, ideal for spending days in the cool or for pleasant excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback. Our Village is located on the sea, which can be reached by a walk through the pine forest itself, or by a small paved road that leads directly to the Jolly Beach establishment with which our structure has an agreement. The structure, surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, offers guests a swimming pool for adults and a baby-pool with a solarium equipped with sun loungers for free use subject to availability. The cuisine of the Il Gineprino restaurant is based on a few but essential characteristics, therefore the use of quality raw materials typical of Tuscan cuisine such as extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomatoes and local fish of which the Livorno coast is rich. The quality raw materials allow us to cook in a simple and genuine way while the oily fish, which is the master in our kitchen, allows us to prepare fresh fish, a food that combines its delicate taste with the richness of Omega 3, thus benefiting the health of our customers. Extra-virgin olive oil with DOP and I.G.P. Toscano mark extracted exclusively from olives of the Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Maurino varieties. It is the traditional Tuscan mix that, in symbiosis with the microclimate and the cultivation technique of olives produced on site where they are pressed, bottled and personally cared for by the owners with scrupulous attention, allows to produce an excellent oil with strong herbaceous aromas and fruity aftertaste.
